Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If any unexpected delay occurs, we will notify you via email.

2. SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY TIMES

We currently offer shipping within the United States with reliable delivery partners.

Standard Shipping (U.S.)

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order value, and selected shipping method.

3. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become available.

4. SHIPPING PARTNERS

Wecoria works with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please include:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review.

6. SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

Wecoria cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided during checkout.

7. LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
