RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Wecoria, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift Cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Final Sale items
2. HOW TO START A RETURN
To request a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
Once your request has been reviewed, we’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. REFUNDS
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us before returning your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve your request quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
