Shipping Information

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, destination, and carrier.

Currently, TerraWeco ships within the United States only.

Orders & Returns

Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can review the claim.
