Founders & Leadership

Igor & David – Co-Founders

TerraWeco was founded by Igor and David, two friends who share a simple belief: a great yard starts with the right equipment and the right approach.

What began as conversations about product quality, performance, and real-world use grew into a store focused on reliable lawn care, gardening, and outdoor solutions — not just products that look good on the shelf.

Igor focuses on product selection and partnerships, working closely with brands and suppliers to ensure everything TerraWeco carries meets high standards for durability and performance.

David leads operations and customer experience, making sure inventory, in-store support, and overall service help customers find what they need.

Together, they’ve built TerraWeco around consistency, trust, and practical value.

Sales & Customer Experience Team

Our team is often the first point of contact for customers — whether you’re maintaining your yard, upgrading your setup, or tackling a new project.

Daniel – Sales Specialist

Daniel works directly with customers to match the right products to their needs. From lawn care treatments to equipment, he helps break down options and make the buying process simple.

Sofia – Customer Experience Advisor

Sofia focuses on customer support and guidance, helping with product questions, recommendations, and ensuring every customer feels confident in their purchase.

Product Research & Brand Partnerships Team

Every product at TerraWeco is selected with real-world use in mind. The product research and partnerships team works behind the scenes to evaluate what belongs on the shelf.

Greg & Mike

Greg leads product research and sourcing, focusing on performance, reliability, and long-term durability. He ensures every product meets TerraWeco’s standards before it reaches customers.

Mike manages brand partnerships and supplier relationships, working closely with manufacturers to bring in trusted, proven products and maintain strong vendor connections.

Their approach is simple: focus on quality over quantity, and carry products that consistently perform — not just those that follow trends.
